We live out of state and were unfamiliar with the area. After reading some positive online reviews, we decided to work with Leslie Benson-and we're so glad we did. Leslie responded promptly, arranged a meeting at the property we were interested in, and provided us with plenty of information beforehand. We never felt pressured and she truly had our best interests at heart. Everything went smoothly from the property tour to closing. Leslie also provided us with post-sale service recommendations and helpful tips for new landowners. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend her!

Craig Schreiber was recommended to me by a friend/co-worker. I was looking specifically to purchase vacant land for recreation and a future home site. I was willing to be patient, knowing what I wanted was in high demand and short supply. As it turned out, the property I purchased was in the first group of listings Craig sent. He met with me promptly to look at the propery and we had an offer to the seller in no time. I found out after my offer had been accepted that there was a large interest in this property immediately after. Approximately 7 years ago, I tried doing this with another local realtor and had a less than desirable experience. It really makes me appreciate Craig and his efforts. I've already recommended him to others.

He even worked extra hard to close on a certain day (might I add a unrealistic time frame) .. A birthday of all things.. to our surprize he delivered!
